Ingredients (yield = 40)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 TBS white vinegar
- 1 cup AP flour
- 2 TBS sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 TBS butter
- Add the white vinegar to the milk. Let sit 5 mn until it turns sour
- Mix all dry ingredients (=A)
- Add egg and butter to the milk-vinegar mixture (=B)
- Mix A+B
