American people love eating raw vegetables after dipping in a sauce such as curry, horseradish, blue cheese, yogurt or others... On this French blog I mentioned before in a post, I found that very unique presentation of an "aquarium of mixed vegetables". Pebbles are disposed at the bottom of a glass container then covered with different layers of bread crumbs, some with chopped parsley. The cleaned vegetables are then harmoniously planted in this edible soil. Very clever, unusual and aesthetically pleasing indeed !
