In France, Marmite Dieppoise rivals the world famous Mediterranean fish stew Bouillabaisse de Marseille. But this one calls for Olive oil when Marmite Dieppoise uses butter and cream, and in some recipes, dry Cider.
Haemul Tang (해물탕) - KOREA
Haemul Tang is a soup prepared by boiling different kinds of seafood with red chili powder and paste. This is a spicy but surprisingly refreshing dish, very much appreciated by Korean even during summer!
Ingredients: Crab, shellfish, shrimps, fish, radish, soy, red chili paste and powder, onions, garlic.
