The purpose of THE BLUE CHEF's blog


I will write about the experience I will be given by my chefs' intructors through 6 months of teaching from THE INSIDE.
I decided to write this blog IN ENGLISH because I want to wide open the doors of the KITCHEN LABORATORIES in order to try to show and explain to readers from different countries some WHEELS of the FRENCH CUISINE.
