Indispensable : Pate à Crèpes

PATE A CREPES

Ingredients
  • 750 ml milk
  • 250 gr flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 50 gr butter
  • 5 gr salt
  • 10 gr sugar (opt.)
  • Flavoring (vanilla, orange zets, herbs...)

Procedure
  • Mix eggs, flour and salt with a little amount of milk. This will prevent lumps.
  • While mixing, add little by little the milk.
  • Let rest for at least 1 hour

Tip : melt the butter in a pan up to the brown butter stage ("beurre noisette"). That will bring a nutty flavor to your crèpes
