- 750 ml milk
- 250 gr flour
- 5 eggs
- 50 gr butter
- 5 gr salt
- 10 gr sugar (opt.)
- Flavoring (vanilla, orange zets, herbs...)
- Mix eggs, flour and salt with a little amount of milk. This will prevent lumps.
- While mixing, add little by little the milk.
- Let rest for at least 1 hour
Tip : melt the butter in a pan up to the brown butter stage ("beurre noisette"). That will bring a nutty flavor to your crèpes
